In this context, a group of visitors had the opportunity to discover the Sammel company, located in the Gantes area. The group included the France Travail Enterprise team, the Regional Employment and Skills Project Manager, the DEETSPP (State) and eight job seekers.

One of the main objectives of this visit was to allow the Entreprise de France Travail team to explore Sammel’s facilities, its production tools and the organization of workstations. This visit offered a valuable space for exchange between recruiters and the employees, thus making it possible to understand the skills and abilities sought for the various positions within the company.

The region is currently facing significant challenges in terms of labor market, notably a lack of visibility of opportunities in the industrial sector and a reluctance of job seekers to turn to these professions which are nevertheless rich and promising.

The Villeneuve initiative aims to respond to these issues by offering around ten local job seekers an immersive experience, allowing them to consider their future in this sector.
