Since October 15, 2024, an innovative company in Hauts-de-Seine, named Éphémère, has been offering proactive support to seniors looking for work. This program, which extends over seven weeks, aims to make each participant operational and competitive in the job market. By directly integrating seniors into an entrepreneurial framework, the company helps them transform their visions and skills to better meet modern demands.
A dynamic reintegration program
The Éphémère company program is distinguished by its dynamic and immersive approach. The 45 participants, called “associates”, actively participate in telephone prospecting and recruitment simulation exercises.
